Ø Oversee management of Hingham Youth Football operations
Ø Support all Board Members in their roles
Ø Liaison to the Town, Hingham Little League & other organizations
Ø Drive volunteer efforts throughout the league
Ø Ensure accountability of the program – financial, safety of equipment, reinforce the values of HYF – Respect, Hard Work, Teamwork etc.
VP of Football Operations
Ø Oversee on and off-field football operations
Ø Manage and represent the Coaches and any issues or concerns to the Board
Ø Ensure quality training & education for Coaching staff
Ø Oversee equipment & Field operations
Ø Receive and review complaints or grievances from players, coaches, parents and/or League.
Treasurer
Ø Oversee all Financial Accounts
Ø Establish checks and balances in the system
Ø Oversee financials and budgets
Ø Responsible for bill payment and collection
